Bjornrae K. Kemp is a native of Houston, Texas. He attended undergrad at the University of Houston, where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He was also a member of the University of Houston football team, where he played the position of center. He earned his Juris Doctorate at the Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During his tenure in law school, Kemp served as the President of the Student Bar Association and on the school’s law journal.
Kemp is an associate for Calhoun Meredith. focusing on providing clients with exceptional counsel in multiple practice areas. Kemp currently serves as Treasurer of the Thurgood Marshall School of Law Alumni Board; Member of the National Bar Association; Member of the Wolverine Bar Association; and member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
